Hey everyone, I just found this site, and it seems to have tons of information for those of us new to bow hunting. A little backstory: after 10 years of close calls and deer just out of range, I was finally able to connect with my first deer with a bow, two years ago. This past season, I got another decent doe, while my wife was with me. Now she's ready to start hunting. We got her set up with a G5 Bliss, set at 27" and 45#, Carbon Raider arrows, tipped with 100 great Slick trick Vipertrick broadheads Also this year, I finally retired the old Hoyt Provantage Rocket, and picked up a new Bear Crux set at 30" and 70# with Carbon Express Piledriver 350 arrows, with 100gr Vipertricks as well. We are both hoping to get our first gobblers with a bow this year, and for my wife, it'll be her first bird ever. So I'll definitely be checking out the turkey hunting section on here. I look forward to learning a lot.
