I was having issues with my MPE5 taking green pics. I talked to Pat (gutone4me) and it continued to take green pics with another SD card so I sent it in. Well two weeks go by and no sign of the camera.. I sent a message to Pat last Thursday and turns out I forgot to email for an RA# () so the camera wasn't getting processed. Pat set it aside and got it processed the next day. Today I got this in the mail! Super fast shipping and got taken care of quick with a brand new cam. Great customer service! Thanks Covert!
Thats why I started buying Covert...customer service. I haven't had any issues out of my MP6's though.
plus one on that... great and easy to deal with... hats looking good too...really like that gray one i might have to grab when one those and a hoodie when i order one of those Blaze Orange hats when they hit the market (Hopefully in the near future Pat???)

good to know, after dealing with stealth cam customer service the past few months i think its time to talk my uncle into making the switch....i own a few coverts as well and no issues...awesome to know customer service is top notch...
The one time I've had to contact the customer service there at Covert they took care of me right away. I've played games with other camera companies in the past and that alone has driven me away. Now with my experience with Covert they have a customer for life.
