I would split your plot in half so you could actually tell what grows or doesnt grow. Sometimes having 10 seeds in a mix doesnt work all the great becuase you can hardly tell what failed vs. what grew well. Dont overcomplicate it.
Also Whitetail Institutes product is meant to plant and leave alone for 5 years. Big and Beastys mix will only have the winter wheat and the winter rye coming back in spring of the following year and 2/3 months later those plants are toast as well. I would not mix those 2 products.

Also some of the stuff in autumn quick plot will not come back the following year so then you need to decide what to do with all of it the next summer. A half acre is a substantial plot, but it into halves or 4 strips alternating is what I would do. If you decide any of it isnt working it will be easy to leave the rest and replant the other pieces next year.

Your also paying 10 dollars a pounds for both of those products when you could be just as effective with a mix that is 3/4 dollars a pound.

25 pounds of winter rye = $10 bucks (20 bucks for a 50 lb bag)
    20 pounds of oats = $10 bucks (20 bucks for a 50 lb bag)
    3 lbs of Ladino clover = $9
2 lb or medium Red Clover = $4/5 bucks
    1 lb Daikon Radish - $2.50

bluecollaroutdoors should I plant these separately or together? Also Bow season is from oct 13- end of nov What would be the
best time to plant to hunt over for bow season? Again I live in massachusettes

Till and spread the rye and oats. Lightly drag the plot. Pack if possible then spread clovers and radish and pack again. The oats need to be covered a little, rye will grow if u put it on top or bury it a bit. Radish could be just under he soil and clober is so small it will find its way into the dirt.

I am honestly not sure about your weather conditions there but I put it in this past season on July 25th. Late July to anytime in August sounds about right. If your season starts October 1 then the first couple weeks in August sounds correct for you area.
