    Awesome Rob.

I saw that your arrow of choice was the GT Pro 22. Just curious, but what made you choose those for a hunting arrow? Was it the light weight? How have you liked them for hunting? I'm assuming this is your first season with them because I think I remembered you using aluminum last year.

Sorry for bombarding you with questions but I was just wondering because I shoot those arrows for 3D.

They are not my perfect choice. I picked some up for 3D to shoot out of my Admiral. Fantastic shaft. When I got my Air Raid in I figured I'd see what they would do out of it. With a 100 grain head they weighed in a 365 ish grains and shot 300 fps. Although not ideal for whitetail, I knew they'd do the job on Pronghorns (smaller). I'll likely not hunt my big PA whitetails with them as I have nearly 2 dozen aluminum for my 82nd as well as a couple lighted nocks that won't fit any other arrow I have so..... GT makes some outstanding arrows but I wouldn't actually recommend the Pro 22 for most set ups, for hunting. Again, out out of this set up, I knew they'd be more than efficient and blowing through that shoulder proved correct. :D I've always been an advocate for heavier the better in carbon arrows as you get the best of all worlds, weight, durability, penetration aspects of the thinner shaft etc... This was just a muse if you will.

    And thanks Matt.
