After all that I have been through at Property #2, good to see my #2 Buck (Full House) made it through the season. He is going to be a STUD once the MonsterRaxx does it's thing this year!

A scrape this buck made on Dec. 31, 2014

That's one wide 8pt! Great southern buck. How high are you placing your cams?

This one is about 9 feet. I am going to put it higher (say 12 feet) when I go back to do some trimming and tree cutting.

Great looking buck! What are you putting on the ground to attract them to that spot?

Acorns I picked up last Fall. I still have about 50 lbs left over. Also, corn coated with Corn Coat from C'Mere Deer. That stuff really works good for me. But, they eat the acorns first..Every Time!!

I have never gotten them to eat any acorns I've ever put down. I've tried all white oak acorns. Are you picking up different ones?

Mostly red oak acorns. I have put out white oak acorns too and they eat them. I have a couple of trees near where I live that have red oak acorns that are nearly the size of a quarter. They love them!
