From that stand none, I havebeen shooting off my deck which is 8' high and the stand is 15' high. So a 10 yard shot off my deck was only a 5 yard from my stand. She didn't even jump the string, if you watch the slow motion part it is in the ground almost before she even reacts. It was my fault for not thinking about how high I was and to adjust.
AND...that's why it's called hunting and not killing. Variables abound. Better luck next time. At least you had one close enough to loose an arrow, or two at. I haven't even had that luck yet. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I've been in the tree since 6:00. At 6:55 I had a deer walk from behind me, right under my tree and out in front of me at 10 yards. It was right before shootable light. I could tell it was a good size deer but not if it was doe or buck. So the wait continues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
