Clemson had a rough night last night..... bummer.

I live at Lake Wateree. It is more a swollen River than a Lake and the locals call it "The River". We have great hunting and fishing. There really is not much public land though. Because hunt clubs have leased most of the property suitable for hunting.

Right now property is pretty low so you should start looking around. When the economy recovers prices will jump.

I've lived here full time since about 93 and absolutely love it.

We have Bass, Crappie, Stripers, Cats ,Bream ,Perch in the lake.


And WIldlife abounds...everything you can name huntable in the Eastern US.
