Well sept 13 is fast approaching hoping to get out that am the schedule looks clear but y'all know how that can change at any time!

BDD = Big Dave Down !!!! Well I came home Thursday afternoon, spent the rest of the evening until around 7pm doing my final checks on gear etc., around 8pm I get a call there are problems at work and I need to come in on Friday. So Friday is a bust for hunting, then towards the end of the day on Friday I am asked to come in on Saturday, so Saturday is a bust. Anyways, I will make it to the woods eventually. v/r Dave S.
I feel ya Dave. I have ended up working late the past 3 nights. I'm gonna try to hit the woods this evening.
I am going to try and make it out the end of the week if the temps cool down. I have had no desire yet since the temps have been in the 90's since the 1st day.
Well let's hope there will be 50 points on the bored Saturday from me. Going to gander tonight to get the last couple thing including my license. I hope we get the first frost Friday night because temps are going to dip down int the low 30's so it will be brisk Saturday AM for the opener of Wisconsin bow season!

Picked up my Wisconsin tags today, clothes are washed, I'm ready to go! This is where I'll be for a few days starting on Saturday. It's a little 40 acre slice of heaven. A lake surrounded by woods and swamp. On down time mid-day, or even at night when done hunting, I chase some big cats Good luck out there guys!
