    Probably a wise decission, I once shot a Doe at last light that ended up having 3" spikes. good move!!

    I didnt kill anything monday except for a dozen mosquitoes. I am going out on the local wma tomorrow morning. Lets hope that I can put team 26 on the scoreboard. :bow: :deer:

    I'll be going out in the morning!!! Won't be putting us on the board though. Heading down to Crick's territory of Linton to try and drop some ducks.
    Of course I'll post pictures if successful.

    Opening weekend is a no go.!football on Sunday and Saturday supposed to be downpours all day. Will do an all day sit next Saturday. Plots coming in nice. Hopefully the cool weather will be very productive

    I'll be out for the Wisconsin opener this weekend, can't wait. Not sure what I'm going to set up on, have some good buck beds, pinch points, food plots to hunt, see what the wind says. I'll be filming so hope to share some hunts at some point.

    recently got this guy on cam but not thinking I would shoot him, he is going to look smaller when velvet sheds off im sure. BUT you never know, might look better If I actually have him close!

    opener tomorrow. hope I can sleep. it's like Christmas morning when I was a kid. i'll be out in the a.m. but have a brewers game to go to in the p.m. going to try to get out Sunday and see if I can get a shot at this guy. buddy of mine saw a nice buck in the same field but didn't think it was him. so I hope there are 2 shooters coming out there. 10pt82014.jpg

    I just wrapped up an unsuccesful hunt. But Im just happy to be in the woods again. I will be back out on another land monday.

    Just got home too. Had a doe at 30 yards but no clear shot. Should get out tomorrow.

    Tree stand selfie. 10 doe and fawn so far. 3 mature doe I had at 7 yards. Come on monster buck.

    No such thing as an unsuccessful hunt!

    Teal hunting went well, but it cost me my phone, kind of. I'm going to get it in some rice today. It mostly functions, jut not fully like it should. Oh, the pics are on there.

    I am glad to report, my calls went great!

    Had my first sit tonight and had a BIG FL buck (8pt+) come in after visible shooting light, had him 20yrds away and then lost sight of him, he was like a ghost! Hopefully I'll get him next time!
