yes it comes in a circle can, according to instructions you can just set it out where you want the deer to go. Just unscrew the lid and set it down.

Thanks charness, thought I seen where you can 'stir' it up a bit too. Is that necessary or is it something you don't necessarily have to do? Thanks again. Like previously mentioned, my order won't get here until Thursday. Never used buck butter before. Looking forward to some good hunts.

Im also looking forward to it, the smell was very strong and as far as stirring it I guess that would be up to you. I also saw that video where he stirred it. To me its good and strong as it comes, laterin the season you may have to stir it to make the scebt stronger.

When it says "use with a hand warmer". what exactly does that mean? How long will a 2oz bottle last?
$10.95 for 2oz and $13.90 for shipping? yikes.

You can put the hand warmer under the jar to heat it up. When you heat something up the scent will carry much further. You shouldnt need the hand warmer til later in the season when it gets colder.

So best practice with the BB...from my use with it, I have a jar tucked under a log at about my kill zone and I always have a second jar up in the tree with me...careful not to kick it over. I tuck it under a log for 2 reasons..... 1. i really dont want the deer to stick their nose in it. They will try to dig it out from under the log!! The other reason is because you dont want to get the stuff wet in case of rain....i have never used it in conjunction with a hand warmer. But they tell me it works really good when its cold. But as the guys that have already received theirs can tell you...the stuff is pretty strong. There was a question about how long a jar lasts. I have used 2 cans for an entire season. As long as the little jelly things stay golden and it doesnt start smelling like ammonia then its good. I have never used a jar that was opened during one season the following season. But as long as it stays in the vacuum sealed packaging it stays good. But I'm sure it wont last forever. I am glad for you guys that youre giving it a shot! I dont think youll be disappointed! And I am happy for the Lowe family. I hope their stuff takes off. If you guys like estrus products they have Fatal Attraction and Fatal Distraction. I use them during the rut and I typically will not use BB and other scents together, IMO ....too much is too much. But I do use their buck urine to activate tarsal glands during the rut in concert with the Fatal Attraction. They stuck a Q-tip in the who-haaa of an in season doe and leave it in the scent bottle...kinda neat. Best of luck to all of you and thanks for supporting a great business.
