Swamp if I make W4 that will take me past 20 years which means more pension so that will influence the decision but also kind of wouldn't mind going back to civilian life!

ya kind of a tough decision. The temptation of living a normal civilian life, or a few more years and a bigger pension,,,

Bigger pension = more time in the woods!!

I did 4 years active, 4 years reserve

I'm really regretting no re-upping when i was ETS'ing out. some great offers, pretty much any MOS was open to me, I always wanted to be a pilot of some sort, the option was there, but it was a 10 year contract, and at the time i thought i was in love, so I ets'd out.

Sweet, I guesstimated position when I installed the new Tommy Hogg and it's spot on at 20. Now to get to the range this week to sight it at 60 and put the right yardage tape on. I figured I was going to have to do a lot of moving, but didn't even have to adjust. The shots at 60 may require some but can't wait to have yardage tape on and shoot at different distances to verify.

I went to college in McDonough County. Wasnt interested in hunting much back then, just beer and chicks. I hunted in Argyle state park a few times and seen deer about every sit but had no clue what I was doing back then.

I remember the name of that park! We went into town in Augusta everynight to a bar/restaraunt called the Busstop, for some quick food and free Wifi. We met quite a few hunters who were hunting that park and roughing it, camping in a campground.

Ya, I guess #8 Tall Tines & Naughty Pines it is then!! I have my Illinois hunting buddy who is in advertising/graphic artist whipping us up a quick logo.

Thanks for the nomination Schuls! lol! If no one else wants it I have no problem doing it. I'm on the forums all the time.

I like that team name because it's pretty much all pine trees on the WMA I'm going to hunt, unless I just stay on the guy from works private land, that actually has some hardwood lol

I went to WIU and had to keep all my stuff in my trunk because I couldnt have any type of weapon. Luckily I never got a deer because I wouldve had no possible way of taking care of it living in the dorm.

So we got a name and Swamp is working on a logo. Good deal, guys. Now just gotta wait for the season.

    Anybody hear from Junior yet?

I'd be good with Swamp being capt, as long as he don't come here and take all our deer in Nov ha ha.
