Can't view pics

    Hello- I am having an issue with my PC viewing pics. When I click on the pic, the image will not load. I am having issues installing Adobe Flash Player to my computer. Does anyone know if this site is dependent on the Adobe Flash Player? Otherwise is anyone can instruct me as to how to enable my PC to view pics that would be awesome.
