I'll be 40 in December. My workouts are starting to hurt more and more. hahaha. Did some jumping jacks, plyos, and just a few sets of deadlifts and such today. Slow to mid pace for 30 minutes.

I don't even know what to workout right now. Chest hurts from Chest day, legs hurt from rest day, arms hurt from work and my back hurts from work and shooting. Shoulders, calves and abs? lol

My workouts are so sporadic right now, it sucks. Ran 7.6 miles on Thursday night and am working doubles fri-sun, so Monday gonna go for either 10 or 14 miles. Goal is to run 28 so I just keep plugging along till I hit it

Chest on Monday, Rest Day in Tuesday, Back on Wednesday and Leg day today.

Nothing special happened besides the usual freak show and gym stereotypes. Maybe we should open a thread about Archery stereotypes hahaha

Well first of all she is not the typical 13 year old. Also she wouldn't be able to lift that much if her back would be where it belongs. Flat on the bench - cheater!!!! lol

Screw it, I haven't lifted much in the last couple of months so I'm heading to X-Sport in St. Charles shortly. I will be the guy that added 20 pounds to his belly and is wearing a Sublime shirt:/
