What a lovely Thursday to go for a stroll. Hoping to finish some errands this afternoon. Going to pick up our finished motor for the racecar (Blew it up first practice of the year -UGH), then hopefully get the old (small) one pulled out and this one in before the races tomorrow. What is everyone else up to on this lovely Thursday?
It got super chilly here last night. I want to say it was in the 40's. It doesn't surprise me too much as we have such wonky weather here. But, got our motor put in! Just need to get it all hooked up today and we will be at the races tonight! Now, if my work day would go quicker we would be made!
Good luck on getting the car in shape to race. And I hope you win. It must be tough having to work all day and concentrate, while thinking about the excitement this evening. I've been ordered to take more time off this summer, but I still feel a little guilty. We're going fishing again this weekend, even if it rains.
Yes, we do! This was a practice night picture... Winning is far out of our picture, unfortunately, but thank you! We are working up to that goal, though! Have a nice weekend fishing, no need to feel guilty - it's good for the soul to do things like that every once in awhile!

Yep. We will be at Lernerville probably the end of the year for their open shows. We race at Mercer every once in awhile - again only open shows. But the regulars there do not play well with new cars! Was leading the race by lap two - a caution came out for no reason, then we got junked on restart. They are not friendly!
Just stumbled upon a great opportunity for a new show horse. So excited! Maybe I'll have a new horse soon!
Will need pics if this goes through! I had a paint gelding but no time for him so we gave him to a friend for his 10 yr. old granddaughter. I miss him but I know he's getting the attention he deserves now
I have three already! But I'll for sure share. How nice to give him to another little horse crazy girl! Every horse deserves a little girls love!
Very nice car, Is that a pure stock or street stock? I have run dirt in the past but now days I prefer asphalt these days. I run an inex legends car at the local tracks
