    I like alligator! I'm classifying exotic as something you cant hunt and eat where you live. What's yours?

    Yes. I have only had elk jerky but that wouldn't really give elk that much credit. I would need a nice cut of elk on a grill nicely marinated to give them credit for being better then whitetail.

    I have heard that some of the best "pulled pork" comes from Mountain Lion. Or so that is what Steven Rinella said.

    I'd have to flip a coin between, Antelope or Moose. Both really surprised me, & were delicious.

    I don't care for Elk. Have had it a number of times, a number of ways.... guess I just don't have a taste for Elk. Sure like deer though :)

    I try to harvest as many pronghorn (they're really not antelope) each year as I can. My family and I LOVE them. The does taste better.
