NBA - can't say why, never could stand basketball
NASCAR - can't keep my attention on it.

Yes this, unless you need a nap on the NASCAR one.

    Hockey. By a long shot.

I can't even see the freaking puck. Nothing ruins my morning bowl of cereal more than hockey plays infiltrating the SC Top 10.

People saying NBA either haven't watched this post season or hate basketball in general. Hands down the best playoffs in over a decade.

The worst is NBA buy far, the only thing that matters is the last 5 minutes of 90% of the stinking games. And that last 5 minutes takes 30 minutes. Follow that by NASCAR....watching a bunch of rednecks drive in circles.

The best playoffs in sports is the NHL by far, excitement, grit, and long enough playoffs to let the best teams battle and win.

NBA. Can't stand it. It seems the last 5 minutes is the exciting part. If they made the games a total of 5 minutes, I might be able to get through one.

Action is relative...most people would agree that the action in football is at a much higher level than baseball...which is why the NFL is by far the most popular sport in America

More action time doesn't matter if it is boring...

Yet the NFL pulls in more $ than any sports league in the world.

By league, but per sport it is not even close. Soccer is over 2 times greater.

You just have bad eyes lol I have to disagree about the SC top 10. Most of the time a hockey play is on there they are pretty good but if you can't see the puck I guess it's not as cool.

The "worst" professional team sport is the NBA. No question. (WNBA does not count.)

first, have you watched hockey in high def? Truly revolutionized the sport on TV.

Secondly, I love college basketball - I DESPISE the NBA. 82 games of the least amount of effort you will ever see a millionaire put into his craft. My mom used to get courtside Pacer's tickets through her work back when they were pretty good...Jermaine O' Neal era. I used the tix a few times to impress dates...I could never make it through the 3rd quarter. Most boring garbage I ever forced myself to endure. You could literally watch guys dog it the whole time.

Any other team sport, a guy dogs it, he either gets his butt chewed out or rides the pine. In the NBA it's expected for 3 quarters. NBA playoffs are a different story, which makes the situation even more frustrating- you know they have the ability to play hard and at a high level in the regular season, but there is absolutely no pressure to do so.

I agree the season is too long... but then again Baseball is 160 something games lol. NBA season should be 58 games, playing every team twice home and away.

But all sports are more intense come playoff time... that's just the nature of the beast.

Hockey just sucks guys, sorry. 20/10 vision so it isn't the eyes. haha

I know people are gunna hate me for this but for me personally, football. Now my big bro used to play for LSU but i was never really into the sport. My dad always thought I would play like my big brother but i just never took a liking to it. Nothing so special to me about big guys throwing a ball and running into each other but hey, I like a game where you hit a baseball and run around a big diamond. That and golf. I have ALWAYS hated golf.

What an awesome thread. Good thinking by whomever started it. A lot of people say they don't like watching golf, but I love watching golf. If you've played golf you would know how unbelievably talented these people are, but I can understand how some people would think its terribly boring to watch. I think that out of the four major sports (baseball, football, basketball, hockey) the worst ones to watch are baseball and basketball. I will watch playoff basketball but regular season bball is almost unwatchable. I would rather watch high school boys basketball any day. As for baseball...the games just keep getting longer and longer. Game length is at an all time high and points scored is at an all time low. That's a recipe for some boringness.
