    Thanks again, everyone... I spent the last 2 day's lunch hours with him..it just worked out that I was gonna be in the area...I give that "coincidence " to God...:)

    just got word from the surgeon's office...appointment one week from today at 1:30.... keep those prayers flowing...

    I don't know you; you don't know me- but prayers all around.
    my father suffered a massive heart attack yesterday. They had to shock him 5 separate times between the ambulance, the ER, during and post op to put a stint in place.

    After being sedated all night on a breathing tube, they removed the tube this AM. Within an hour he was asking me to smuggle him a cheeseburger.

    What I'm getting at is that generation is a bunch of tough old SOBs. Our dads will be OK with a little help from above. God ain't ready for them to come home yet.
