    I'm a touch jealous. My grandma and I went out Friday to two spots without much luck. We went out yesterday and didn't see much. I'm hoping we get the forecast holds up and we get some rain tonight.

    Did some grocery shopping yesterday and went over to the fungus department to get some shiitake mushrooms. They had morels there for $60 a pound. Of course it takes a lot of mushrooms to make a pound, but I thought that was interesting - six times the price of the shiitakes.

    They were half free morels. Found a few greys. Real morels should be popping up this weekend if we get some rain.

    nothing here yet, getting irritated. Finally got some rain, then the highs were in the low 50's, then went straight to high 90's WTF?
