I live in Trevor, WI and I can only find 2 shops to shop for my first bow. If anyone knows one within like 30-45 min of Trevor I would like to look around before buying my first bow. I'm not brand specific but I need to keep it under 800 setup. I won't include arrows or a case in that price. Any help would be great, I have a couple bows in mind but really want to make sure I see all my options. Thanks

Well unfortunately I think a few of the closest shops to you all suck. I would go down south one day and hit Buckstop in W. Dundee and TAZ in Woodstock. Both good shops and carry different lines so you will be able to see a lot of different brands and bows.

I go to TAZ archery in Woodstock IL also. I think you can look it up online. Have heard great reviews. Have heard a lot of bad about Arrowsmiths in Lake Geneva.

It's not that close to you but West Town Archery is a good shop, especially for Mathews bows. I have also heard good things about Buck Rub Archery.

Ackerville Archery is a great shop. Great service. Attention to detail. Drive there . You won't be disappointed.

Thanks for the replies guys I will have my money for the bow and everything this week. I think I will head up to BK3 first, then check out Buckstop and Taz later if I can't find anything I like.

Id recommend BK3 in windlake....been goin there for everything i need past few years...much better service and knowledge than buck rub..plus they actually will put a d loop on ur bow unlike buck rub....I ordered my carbon spyder from bk3 few weeks ago actually...they know what they are doing...go to their website and read up on them.. bk3archery.com
