Minnesota Deer Classic

Anyone headed to the deer classic this weekend or the new Bird Bucks Bait and Boats show?

 

I am heading up either Saturday or Sunday to the Deer Classic , not sure about the new one. Will you be having a Booth at the Deer Classic again this year Tom ?

 

No booth this year Cliff, not sure if I ever will again even though it is in my back yard.

 

Will there be discounts on MR there?

I don't know if Archery Country will have it in there booth.

 

I was just wondering who was going and what time if people were going to meet up at all.

 

I wish I was, but I sadly have other obligations.

 

I'm going to try and get up there I have a big shed I want scored and my buddy is bringing his 190'' buck there sat

 

I will be heading there Saturday afternoon!!!

 

I've talked about going for the last 5 years.

... still not sure if I'll make it.

 

Will be in the cities visiting girlfriend's family. Maybe I could convince her to let me skip out for a while.

 

I am pretty sure I will be there Saturday afternoon.

 

Looks like I am going to walk the show tonight, only chance I will have.

 

This has turned out to be the worst deer show in the Midwest and it is not even close. The owner needs to go to Iowa and Wisconsin to figure out how to run a show.

 

Tom, So even the new ownership hasn't helped things ? I was hoping their second year would be a little better, but it doesn't sound like anything has changed, that is too bad. I am heading up today, I still gotta go. lol I have never been to the Iowa or Wisconsin Deer Classics. I will have to try and make one of them next year. I have heard they are pretty impressive,compared to Minnesota's.

 

Cliff I was hoping the new ownership group would fix the show but it is like a flea market compared to the other shows.

 

I can't imagine it is any worse then Illinois was two weeks ago. I will never attend that show again.

Ferg I know they cant figure out how to make the show in Illinois as good as it should be but I guarantee you that it was WAY better than the MN show.

 

It was bad Tom . I was honestly ready to leave after only being there a half hour. I made it a little over an hour. It took almost that long to drive there. lol Heck even Pat & Nicole were no shows today.

 

Wow glad I didn't bother going.
