Exactly! I don't have a clue how many guns I have. Over 50 I would guess. I suppose that is probably close to enough. Unless I see something that I really need.
For those who don't know how many guns you have... Do you not keep track of them for theft/insurance purposes? I have 4 pistols, 5 rifles, and 2 shotguns. To be honest I'm actually looking to sell a few to consolidate down to what I actually need/use. I have 5 bow though. 2 beaters for bow fishing, my Martin recurve, my old Hoyt Vectrix (I set up for my father and leave with him in KY now), and my Mathews HeliM. It'll be trade ins from here on out.
You might be a Gubermant Spy! So I don't own any guns or ammo. No need to come looking, I'm telling the truth.
Mine are in a large fireproof safe. About half are handguns. I have most of the handguns catalogued, but I don't have a good complete list.
Sort of why I haven't spent money on them too often in my life. I just don't shoot much. I enjoy shooting, but it's pricey, and a pain to have to clean all of the time (I'm lazy at times). I feel bad enough as it is leaving my guns sitting in the safe most of the time, and I only have a handful. :D
About 35 ish or so.........24 rifles and shot guns fill up the safe along with some handguns...... and then there are 12 in a cabinet and few more tucked away around the house.....it probably closer to 40ish...
Our ins. agent said a couple of safes was cheaper than paying the increased premiums. (to insure over the regular gun coverage) We do (sadly) know how many guns we have and the serial numbers. We have safes and redundant security measures in place. However, they may all get lost in the river at moment's notice.
1 shotgun 1 wwII Russian rifle. Hand me downs, never fired either one. I've shot enough while in the army.
