Marttiini Knives... WOW.

    I don't know if any of you are familiar with them... but they are by far the Sharpest knives I've ever felt out of the box. Made in Finland, and you can beat the price at all... they are actually Cheap... but so well made for the money.

    I have a Regular TimberJack w/ Carbon Steel Blade and a Condor Skinner Stainless

    I haven't gutted or skinned a deer with any other knife. Best knife I've used, by far.

    I've owned a lot of their 6" fillet knife over the years. They are sharp out of the box, but don't keep as edge well after you start sharpening them. I had better luck with a cheap Puma fillet knife.

    I like scandanavian grind knives too! I have a Helle and Mora.
