Going in for a degrease an to hopefully loosen up the last of the meat where the spinal column attaches. That is the biggest PITA of the whole thing. Hopin to get him whitened up later this evening.
All finished. I'll let him dry a day or two see if he blends a bit better. I can always whiten it again later. Happy with the results
