    Started out innocent enough Ran down to move a camera at lunch got stuck in the mud in the field. Not the first time and wont be the last ... well it will for this truck. As I was waiting to be pulled out I noticed smoke coming out from underneath. I assume the exhaust got hot and started the grass on fire under my truck. As quickly as I could I empty as many of my personal belongings as I could and got away and watched helplessly ...

    I am ok and they make more trucks. Still a bit in shock I guess ...

    When I missed your call and called you right back and you didn't answer I knew something didn't seam right. Like I said before this is a hell of a kick to the balls but I am glad it wasn't worse, you can always get a different truck.

    Been waiting for this thread. I saw the pics on FB and assumed that was what happened. I guess I have never thought much about it happening. I often times leave my truck running in the field when I go to pull a cam or two in the summers so the AC stays on. At times I've gotten sidetracked and strayed away from my truck longer than I intended too. I'll remember this thread... My truck shuts off from now on.

    Sorry dude.

    But on the bright side, atleast you'll get a new truck.
