What do you guys wear once the temps start droppin into the 30s and 20s? I have Russell outdoors base layers top and bottom then a long sleeve shirt over the top. After that I have a fleece 1/4 zip. Then comes my under armour big logo hoodie an finally my awesome under armour ridge reaper jacket. After my bottom base I have a pair of camo jeans followed by my under armour rut scent pants. I couldn't be happier with my set up! All new gear for this year. All in the new realtree xtra.

My set up goes like this:

    Core4element merino will base layers
    Smartwool socks
    Sitka core crew
    Sitka traverse top and bottom
    Sitka 90% pants
    Russel apx down vest
    Sitka jet stream jacket
Sitka traverse gloves and face mask
    Sitka jet stream beanie

I can remove layers as needed.

An old field jacket liner works great. Long johns, field jacket liner, shirt and light jacket. Works for me down into the 20's. A set of insulated coveralls over long johns and pants. It doesn't get real cold this far south.

Temps were down into the 30's tonight with very little wind.

    1) Silver Tech lightweight base layer
    2) Cabela's PolarTech Polar weight base layer
    3) Cabela's Micro BerBer pullover
    4) Scent Blocker Smackdown.

I've yet to get real cold in the stand... a little chilly but comfortable.

Next season I'm planning on getting a Ridge Reaper combo or Scent Blocker Matrix for some added warmth.

I really recommend the ridge reaper line.

UA 2.0 Cold Gear base layer
    Cabelas's E.C.W.C.S. Polar mid layer
    UA long sleeve T
Fleece vest (if 35 or colder)
    UA Armorstretch Jacket
    UA Ridge Reaper pants
    UA fleece beanie
    Fleece neck gator
    Fleece hand muff
    Thin wool liner socks
    Wool socks

Only things I want to change is a warmer, windproof/waterproof jacket for windy & wet as well as cold days. My current jacket is best for mild temps.

Here is my layering system - 30-40 degrees

Moisture wicking long sleeve (super thin) - not sure where I even got it.

    T shirt

    Crew neck sweatshirt

The inside layer of my Columbia winter jacket

    Scent lok full season jacket

    Jeans

    Scent lok full season pants

    Wool socks - Generic brand

Yes I have items on my wish list for next season...
