Where I'm hunting in SW Michigan tomorrow, the temps will be mid 30s to low 40s but 15 mph winds from sun up to sun down. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to still hunt? What is your opinion on deer movement in the wind?

I had similar conditions today and I didn't see a single thing but I will be going out tomorrow with about the same conditions as today. Can't kill them from the couch.

15 mph is not bad at all around here, maybe it is more uncommon by you. I wouldn't let it stop you.

I would still go out. They still have to eat and drink.

I just got out from sitting with 16 mph winds 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. then 12:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and saw nothing. It was constantly windy all day. But they're right, can't kill em from the couch.

I went Friday night. Winds sustained at 25+ and guesting to 40. Saw 2 bucks, 2 does, and one I didn't get a good look at. 15 MPH wind isn't really much for any part of the country. I like a stiff breeze. You can sneak in as they can't smell or hear you if you go about it the right way. Also you can get away with a little more movement in the stand!

Like others have said you can't kill them from the couch.
