Just starting to see new bucks on cameras but everything is still at night.. anybody else in wi seeing the same or having better luck yet?
Saw buck chasing a doe at full speed the weekend before last in Green County. I'm hoping the corn is finally down when we return this weekend.
I was seeing the bigger deer in the morning until about 9:00 am last week when it was cooler. Now, not much.
well at least im not the only one not seeing much. seems like it should be any day now! cant wait for the real chasing did a ton of scouting this year, just hope it all pays off
Not much here. Some small bucks moving around checking scrapes. Everything big is still nocturnal. I did discover an awesome rub line. I think I may have found the bedroom of a dandy buck. Hoping everything will come together for a BHOD episode, but it will take some creativity and the Good Lord's blessing to kill this buck. Good luck this week.
been out in the woods up north for the past 4 days and seen/heard nothing at all. I did draw on a real big 8 ptr on sat but he busted me and that was that. He wasn't spooked just did the head bob thing and bounded off in 3 bounds then walked away. Never snorted or anything. I'm hoping we meet again this next few days. I did have stuff on camera in the early morning or just before evening, but that was back in Sept.
