I have been hunting this land for about 12 years. I have always called the stands over here my meat stands because that is where we killed most of our does. I put a little Covert MP6 Black up beside were a trail lead down to a creek. I've got some nice bucks in the group, maybe a couple of shooters.I would never know they were in the woods if it wasn't for the little Covert MP6 Black. I would have went there climbed in either of two stands with feeders and shot a doe. This came in behind the deer the next night
That 8pt is a real slammer. I wasn't aware there were wolves in your part of the world. Blessings.........Pastorjim
if he's in NC that's a coyote, I seen a solid black just like that this past Saturday from the stand. Nice bucks, daytime pics as well.
Maybe shooters? I'd say for sure :D Good luck Definitely a yote, I killed one a few years ago looked just like that. Really dark like that one.
I've never heard of property that was only for does. Where the does are the bucks will be also. I'd be hunting that big boy, good luck!
Really nice bucks, hopefully u get a chance to quill one! That coyote would be a sweet kill too. I`ve only seen one black one, and that was in OH off the side of the road.
Based on other pictures, I am sure there is at least three different bucks, and maybe four. Thats a coyote.....it sure looks wolfish to me.
What I meant by that is that is where we go to take a doe especially when I have a guest because I never tried to manage that property for bigger bucks. I spend all my time and resources managing a larger piece a few miles from this one.
I was thinking the first four or five pics were all the same buck, the last one is clearly different? But they a both day and night and slightly different angles. I am not trying to argue or fight. If I am way off, please tell me why.
I agree, and that's one amazing 8 pointer! I would also be trying my damndest to kill that black yote, full body mount for sure.
