I have a neighbour who refuses to control his dogs. One sheppard that is incredibly aggressive. I've had police out many times as the dog bit me twice and tried 2 other times. Both bites never really did much just small cut on my a$$ both times. I warned him that he is lucky its been small nips and to me and not my child. I kept calling police asking when they would do something serious, when my daughter is mauled to pieces??? They warned him twice and the bite they gave him a ticket!!!! Reality is I moved to this town, and this a$$whipe is a local who knows all the cops. So they were protecting him and his stupid dog. These people make it seem I'm being unreasonable that its farm country and dogs run free. I have many neighbours all with dogs, I see none except this dog. I always stand up for myself and my family, especially safety. You did right thing, he had no witnesses you had some. You should beat the piss out of him. Either way I haven't seen the dog since last winter, not sure what happened to him...
