I'm not totally new but haven't bow hunted in about 15 years. things have changed a lot, but I have narrowed my choices down to 2. PSE Stinger 3G or the Diamond Core, I have shot both and like each, just wanted some opinions. Thanks

I wouldn't purchase either of these bows. I would look at APA Archery for a Mamba M7.

I just got a Diamond Core for my first bow. It shoots great, I am putting some great groups together. I would recommend replacing the rest on it pretty quickly. other than that seems to be a great bow.

Between those two bows I would suggest the Diamond. But both bows are solid choices for beginner bows, so go with the one that feels the best to you. Everyone is different.

Checkout the mission craze, in the same group and a much better bow IMO.

I think the biggest difference in those two bows is in the weight of the bows. The Diamond is 1.5 pounds lighter. Depending on the type of hunting you're planning to do, that may be a factor for you.

Either one will kill deer for you though :tu:

Good luck and let us know what you pick!

I went out and shot some more bows, I'm a lefty so a most places I'm limited on choices, settled on the Quest Rogue G5, had to order it in the poundage I wanted. Thanks for your input.
