Alright done for the day. Had a doe and fawn at 50 yards this morning at 7 but that was it. Found a trail can and 2 stands not far from my spot. Gotta find out whose those are. Back at it tomorrow. Been the woods all day seen two small bucks and that's about it. Was nice and relaxing eating lunch in my tree compared to my desk. Hunting till 6 this evening. Well because of the government shut down I get to spend more time in the stands so I will be out this evening and tomorrow. I will be out as much as I can until they get off their high horses and let me go back to work. Looking for the bright side of this shutdown but it is hard. But anyways, good luck guys!

Well first sit was not a bust! Had two Does at 22 yards just not ready to shoot one yet! Freakin skeeters drove me nuts! Forgot to buy thermacell refills the other day!

Well got out last evening for my first sit was really windy and warm and didnt see nothing. supposed to be a little cooler today probally sneak out after work again. Good luck Ferg! and to anyone else getting out there!

Well it was a bust for me this morning and yesterday evening. I have softball this evening so I will not be able to get out tonight. Will be out again tomorrow evening and all weekend. Hopefully this cooler weather coming this weekend will get them up and going. Have to get to the store and pick up some more thermacell refills. I ran out this morning.
