    Well I got up at 3 o'clock that trust in the car on my way and I start throwing up so I guess my opening day will be spent at home in bed good luck guys

    Thanks guys I'm feeling a little better. Just really bummed I missed opening day but from what I heard from the guys hunting the property, jfergus7 is the only one who saw anything. I'm hoping to have an morning & evening hunt Sunday. Sounds like u guys aren't having much luck either

    Glad to see ure feeling better kristine....not much to report here guys...opening day was ok....all day sit for me as I knew I wouldn't get back out until this weekend.....morning started out with 2 decent bucks 77yrds away in the oat field for 20 minutes or so....turkey periodically through out the day..... pretty slow after till late afternoon....2 fawns and 3 doe rolled in....hung around for a while but never got the chance for a shot on anything but a tiny tiny fawn so I passed.....one doe lacked one step of hitting the freezer but thats the way it goes....hope to get out this weekend maybe sat eve and sunday morning or eve as well....hows everyone else making out?

    my first sit was scheduled for sat, but were supposed to get storms all morning and then steady rain in the evening... not ideal for seeing deer on their feet...
