I don't mind at all Dan! Sorry for the blurry pic, I don't remember the last time I seen that many flashing lights, with all the cameras going off! lol It's just one that my nephew took with my phone that night after we recovered him. Wait until you guys see all the footage. I seen him Saturday, moved a stand, and put up another one on Sunday. Seen him Sunday, watched him walk 10 yards from the tree I was in Saturday night! I didn't know if I should cry or puke at that moment! :( The wind was good for me for the new stand set on Monday, and he came out the same spot he came out Saturday night. Played a little cat & mouse over 3 days, but we know who ended up on top! :) Good luck my friends!

Well got out for a little while yesterday morning. Saw a couple of does but nothing in range. Can't wait until I can get out there again.

I have been debating on whether to take Tuesday off work and get out. The weather looks to be a little warm. Anyone else in the midwest looking to be out Tuesday opener?

Damn boys! I am out of commission for a little while. I was practicing out of my 2 man ladder stand and caught the side rail with my lower cam. enough to put a slight dent in it. So it's off to proshop tomorrow morning.

Yikes! Get it done fast! At least it's not primetime yet.

Well, I won't be out in the woods much, unless I can sneak out Sunday night. I'm standing up in one of my good friend's wedding this weekend, which will be taking precedence over hunting. I'm sure next week I'll be stuck working overtime as well, so tenatively, my next hunt will be for my muley/whitetail hunt in South Dakota!!! Sounds like my "guide" has been seeing some nice bucks, so I'm feeling pretty optimistic that something good will happen out there

I skipped the opener and am planning on an all weekend hunt. Got 3 cameras out and will probably go check them before the weekend.

Well here's the scoop on the bow. Cam was bent, so a new one has been ordered. Two day express delivery, hopefully ready by this weekend. Funny thing is that my proshop guy just replaced a cam that morning on a bow that a guys did the exact same thing. Bent it the same way. He said actually it's a common issue with ladder stands. People just forget how much cam is exposed below the limbs.
Good luck to everyone out there. Let's get some points on the board!

Hey guys how's the hunting been? I haven't been out since I shot my buck. I have a few doe tags to fill and hope to get back at it and do some herd management. I also got good news this week, and once again got permission to hunt out in Minnesota! I'm pumped for that hunt once again. I hope you all enjoy the show tomorrow as much as I did sharing it with everyone. Good luck and shoot str8!!!!!

Hey Ladies! I haven't been out in a couple weeks. This weekend doesn't look good either with the weather and the WI youth hunt. I'm almost done with harvest season and just have some field work to do. I'll be getting out more starting next week. My 6 year old son and I will probably try whacking a doe sometime next week at our new farm.

Good luck boys and slay em!

Punched the trigger and nicked front leg on a doe this morning. She walked away with a limp. She'll be sore for a few days but she'll be fine. Hoping for redemption tomorrow morning. Kicking myself pretty hard over this
