congrats guys! i have been super busy lately cause i work all week sitting in class and now my dad needs help on the weekends so i just get sunday off but that will change next weekend. i should have plenty of time to hunt. my season hasnt started yet. need to go to walmart and get my tags.
I killed a public land doe tonight. 6:30 at night she and several other does walked about 20 yards from the tree i was in. Shot her with Mathews and my DRT Broadhead by Dirt Nap Gear. Shameless plug, my fraternity brother from years ago started his own broadhead company. Anyway, she went about 80 yards and piled up. I will get my pics tomorrow. Won't be great in the bed of a pickup the day after but it should suffice for the 50 points. I'll be sure to show the tag and bow. I hate not having a good field pic but raining on public land, that's how it goes sometimes.

About 13 days for me. I was just looking at the score car and it looks like they forgot to add chall's kill to our score sheet even tho it says entered.
i went to buy tags at walmart today and they didnt have any. i said for bow because i thought she meant for firearm tags and she said no we dont have any deer tags we havent got any in... wtf walmart? season opens october 1st.
i called rural king they have them ill go this week sometime. i think tomorrow after work im gonna look at a house that is fore sale up the road
