    Yep, just talked to a buddy up in Adams County, IL that has found 7-8 in the past couple weeks up there. Worst part is, no meaningful rain in the foreseeable future according to the ever-reliable weatherman. Could get even worse unfortunately.

    The way I understood it is that if EHD hits you hard one year, it typically leaves the remaining herd immune to it and won't be a problem for another 4-5 years. Maybe not.

    Deer affected my EHD typically find shade or water in the remaining hours of their life. This is a pretty textbook area for an EHD deer to die.
