    Smart man.

I think any of us would be real a$$es to put the one's we love through the pain of us off-ing ourselves because we're to lazy to wear a harness when we climb a tree to hunt.

    Thata boy Rob.

I used one my first couple seasons, then got away from using one, and i think this year im going to go back to wearing one. Im a little less agile, alot heavier and slightly more clumsy now. I need to pay attention to safety.

Soon you will find out that not having one is almost as bad as forgetting your release...

Full body harness hooked to a life-line is the only way to go. Like someone said, "It's always the what-if" that must be considered. It would be so horrible to become paralyzed due to not wearing a harness, when in reality they are no more expensive than they are. Plus the new designs are so comfortable you almost forget you're wearing it while in the tree. Plus hanging stands while wearing it in combo with a lineman's belt is so great. I couldn't live without it!

Good job man. I have been wearing a full harness since I started using treestands. Just not worth the risk to me. Even long time climbers can fall, it only takes a split second and you are injured for life or worse.
