    anyone hunt waterfowl I will be after geese on sept 3 it will be my labs first season he is 9 months can not wait for his first real retrieve

    I've sent him a pm requesting him to check in. I say another week or 2 then open it up to an alternate. does anyone know him?

    Anyone got any pics/videos of deer they're after this year? I just put my cameras up last week so I'm waitin another week b4 I check them. I still have one more path to clear and one more camera to put up. Hopefully this Wed I'll get to it.

    I havent had much time to get to the woods. I have 2 stands and 3 cameras to put out, but no time yet. Things are finally winding down at home. Hopefully this coming week.

    I just finished up some fine tuning on a couple of my spots yesterday. Our season opens on Sunday but I won't be able to get in the tree until Monday...stupid job. lol

    yeah I hear ya. I won't be able to go out on the opening weekend cuz I'm going to the GTOAA Nationals in Pontiac Ill on Sept. 21-22. Hopefully it'll be good and hot so I won't miss it.

    Well I don't have anything huge on camera, it looks like I have one for sure shooter and one borderliner.

    I think the first one is a buck named "Late For Church" whom I had tons of pictures of last year, as well as many many encounters with.

    The second one just showed up, but he looks plenty big enough to shoot. Just hoping I get more pics of him

    Putting the finishing touches on everything this weekend. Shooting the bow, washing clothes, etc. Monday morning will find me in a tree!

    Opening day is today here but I had to work so tomorrow morning is my opening day. We can't shoot does until September 15th so I won't be slinging any arrows unless a good buck walks in front of me.

    Seems like every year I have more and more crap to carry with me to the tree lol. Oh well, I wouldn't change it for the world!
