    Back in the day (2006) I was 6'1" and weighed about 155. Now I'm 6'1" and weigh in around 172.

    How big you are has really no bearing on how many pounds you can pull back...

    We had an MMA fighter in the shop once, dude was ripped. Couldn't draw 70#. The muscle and strength was there, but there is no other activity out there that uses your muscles in that fashion.

    5'10". Weighed 160lbs when I graduated. I now weigh anywhere from 195 to 200lbs. I graduated 20 years ago (1993).

    1999, 125 graduated basic training
    2013, 215, lots of weight lifting and a littel weight gaining

    well, maybe a lot of weight gaining. Definately got swole for a minute though.

    Graduated HS in '85 at 5'10" 170lbs
    First yr of college gained 25lbs LOL
    I've been right around the 200lb mark for the past 20yrs. Right now 205. I keep saying I'm gonna start working out and get down to 190...

    Now - 185
    I didn't start working out until after high school. I haven't checked in a while, but the last time I checked body fat I was about 18% and at that time it had been about 2.5 months since I hit the gym. I should be under that now.
