Really you guys, with so many tattoos shouldn't have such thin skin, wasn't it done as to say, I am me and don't care what any you think of me? This thread was started about men that wear womens jewelry, when actually the golden ear ring was worn buy sailors to pay for thier burial when they were lost at sea and their bodies washed a shore on an unknown beach.
exactly John my parents immigrated from Norway, cant tell from my ink huh? but you notice I have gold hoops in my ears...anyway guess I need to get offline for the night and finish killing this 12 pack
Enjoy the rest of them like they are the last you will ever see. I love the art work I got to many scars to make it look like any thing more than piss poor graffitti.
I don't care what you think of me. I just think judging a book by it's cover is completely stupid. Would you judge a man by the color of his skin? If not, then you shouldn't judge a person by the tattoos or jewelry they wear. I just don't get name calling from adults who should be above that. I've had my say and I'll move along now. .
Im with hooker again, i dont REALLY care about what you do to your boddy as far as ink and holes but dont expect me not to give you a hard time about it. im pretty country (not the kinda country that if you wear a plaid holister shirt and boots from the mall you call yourself country) and if ya wanna make fun of me for the way i talk or the steryotype that im dumb go ahead im gonna laugh with ya! and i will dish it back out to ya in good fashion haha thats just me though. tough skin i guess
I have quite a few tattoo's and had both my ears pierced in the late 80's until early 2000's. Honestly I can't remember anyone coming up to me to ask me if I was gay or liked dudes because my ears were pierced. To be honest, why does anyone care what another man looks like and why do people never say it to your face instead of doing it on the internet?
have you never seen anyone and thought they looked funny? ever been to disney land? haha im just sayin this for the sake of conversation cause i bet even though it was wrong you have seen someone that you thought "wow thats one heck of a hair cut!" or "dang did you see that big ol gall?!" and maybe even wisperd it to your buddy. and i want to say im not just talkin to you but im asking everyone. who has never made fun of someone for there actions? cause isnt that what it boils down to? maybe im gettin off topic and i hope i dont offed anyone lol
My thoughts exactly. It's their bodies and who am I to tell another grown man what he can and can't do. To call someone White Trash and what not is a bit overboard IMHO for wearing earrings. Wow!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think how you decorate yourself is your own business. But tattoos and earrings on a guy sort of turns me off. Better a tasteful wool coat
Even in the business I'm in.....I haven't really paid enough attention on how many guys have earrings or (tattoo's for that matter) to notice if they gone down as of late. I'm sure it means something to the ones that do so. I'm sure most do it for their own reasons caring less what others think of them, as it should be!
We all do it. It's just human nature. If we see someone in passing, we all immediately make small little judgements on that person based on past experiences. It doesn't make you a bad person, it makes you human. I've never met anyone with an earring that was not either gay or white trash. Sorry. Until I meet a straight, successful businessman with stud in his ear, I'll continue to make those judgements. And this judgement is for white people. Black people can pull off jewelry other than a wedding band and watch. White dudes...not so much.
Probably true in alot of cases. I'm not a big fan of guys with jewery, I think it looks stupid. Same with tatoos. But honestly, I don't care what you do to yourself.
Had a ring in the top of my ear for a number of years. Took it out when I was 25ish. I would say the % of people I meet that are tools are equally spread across, tatooed, pierced, and clean cut....
I had both ears pierced for years. Had diamond studs then silver hoops then stainless gage then back to studs. About 3 years ago I removed them and haven't thought much about outing any back in. Why? I grew up some. I don't need them, I look so good they didn't do much for me on that side and well, it's just not professional. I have tattoos but, they can be covered. I don't have any Chinese symbols on my neck or tears on my cheeks so at least the placement was tasteful. I'm not gay nor am I white trash. I'm just me.
