When dudes started wearing earrings it was only the alternative or punks. Then the dudes that frequent clubs got on board. It kept progressing until you started seeing old dudes with them. It used to say something about the person. Does it still? Or is it just so normal now it means nothing? Based on my observations the amount if guys wearing them these days has gone down. Was it just a fad? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ear rings look ridiculous on any guy. Ear guages are worse, I'll never understand the logic behind having a one inch hole in your ear lobe.
I dont have one, but I think it just means they like to wear ear rings, nothing more like it used too.
I'm 40 yrs old and in the 80's it was the cool thing to do. Still remember my Brother and I got our left ear pierced when I was in the 6th grade!!! (Wow long time ago). I haven't had a earring in my ear for over 20 yrs now. For me it lost its flavor when I grew up and became a man. Nowadays it seems as if only the Black Men wear a diamond or some other sort of nice earring in their ear (at least with my Co-workers) that I work with!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It was the punk rock thing to do when I was in high school and college. I had 2 small silver hoops in each ear. They became unimportant when I realized they were getting in the way of a decent paycheck. Took them out about the same time I cut my hair (down past my shoulders). That was nearly 20 years ago. I could really care less if someone wants to wear them. Same with tattoos. Lots of folks in my industry are "well decorated". It's pretty normal. I do think that gauges are completely unprofessional. I won't ever get a tattoo. It on your body forever. And when you get old it may not be as appealing to you as when your younger. And it will get all stretched out when your older
I just question them. Only jewely I were is my wedding band and a watch. The rest leave it for the girls.
damn guys judgemental much? who cares what someone else does as long as they don't try to rub it on you? for a group of people that have to put up with all the tree hugging whiners judging them this cracks me up
I have a certain amount of "whatever" attitude when it comes to things like that, but it looks totally ridiculous when guys with gray hair have earrings.
