happy Veteran's day to those who serve and those who have. The sacrifices that you have made are not lost or forgotten!

And a BIGGER thank you for the unseen veterans. They are the families who served the nation while the veteran served. The tribulations you went through while we were deployed were all but ignored by everyone. We could not have been able to focus on the mission at hand had you not been back here supporting us.

Amen to that. I know my deployment was a TON easier knowing that my wife was, and is, a very strong, loving, and faithful woman. She served as my rock more than she knows.

I missed it. I don't do group hugs so skipped all the local Veterans Day stuff going on around hear. I don't know why anyone would say HAPPY veterans day. Memories are not usually really happy. A salute to all my fellow veterans. We did what was ask.

They say HAPPY veterans day to show their appreciation to the veterans, not to stir up memories.

How about this, instead of hvd, I'll say... Thank you... instead.
