Nice bird Kyle! I always love those spurs with the black caps. Most of mine are darker. A coat of clear fingernail polish really makes them look good - if you save 'em.

I shot an awesome video of my buddy blowing up a big tom on Saturday that we called in. He hammered him with the shotty, and I got a full backflip on film. Now, I'm trying to shoot one on video (self-video) with no gun and no blind. It's a real pain in the ass so far, but I've been all over 'em both times I've been out. Most of my footage is just me cussing the camera because it's always pointed the wrong way. LOL

It looks cold there. It's been hotter than Hades here. Pushing 90 for opening weekend. 3 weeks to go. His Majesty will not be outdone!

Thanks Daniel Son. I'm just keep being Mr. Miyogi, you'll learn:deer: Good luck bro, keep at it.

Fran: Yeah pretty cold, especially in the mornings (low 40's). Reached mid 50's mid day. 90 degree opener should get the birds ALL fired up!! Good luck!!

Thanks guys, time to get some food plots in the ground...then on to bear baiting come August. Before we know it we'll be chasing white tails again. What a vicious circle:beer:

Don't sound so excited about the bear hunting. Its not like you'll have a celebrity flying in or anything.

September 3rd through the 9th looks like what I'll get off.
