tonight sucked i was freezing my butt off with those winds. I saw 4 does though

 

I ended up seeing two out feeding in the field behind me about 150 yds. away. I think one was a little buck. Other than that, a pretty miserable night with the wind in your face at 35 mph. Wont be able to get back out until at least Thursday.

 

Well I will be heading out again tonight and as my luck would have it......15-20 mph winds with gusts over 30 again. UGH. Hopefully there's at least some movement tonight.

 

Good luck cubs204. I will be checking some cameras at two different properties tomorrow during the rain. Looking for some info out of them,

Well, "she" grew a couple bumps on her head and a tiny pee pee. Whoops! Oh well, still meat for the freezer and 50 for the team

Well guys, I tried to put some points on the board last night, but messed up. Actually, I messed up 2 times. I mis-judged the yardage on the same deer twice.

 

That sucks. You'll get em next time though!

As for me, I wont be back out until Thursday at the earliest. They are really starting to move well around here, my mom and step dad saw quite a few last night as well. Hopefully the big ones start making an appearance soon!

 

I will be back out tonight, tomorrow night and at least once this weekend. Things should be ramping up and hopefully the big boys start making an appearance!

 

This is the weekend team!!!!!! Bucks are going to fall this weekend. Get out there if you have the chance, I know I will be. Putting a great plan together to hunt these N/NW winds we have rolling in. Lets get this thread rolling. Keep it updated more often, everybody could see how its firing up in other areas.

 

Its heating up here for sure. I had a couple decent bucks chasing does pretty hard last night. The does still had fawns with them, so they arent ready yet, but the bucks are for SURE ready. Its only going to continue to get better.

 

I will be out tonight,the weekend and all next week all the way up till I get one.

 

Are all 12 of our team members still here? Seems like we only have about 6 of us posting regularly. How are the rest of your guys seasons going?
