Well guys, I have a question. I bought another pack of Nockturnals the other day, and in the 3 pack there were two size N nocks and 1 size GT nock. Seeing how the GT nock is too big to fit in my Bloodline arrow, could I just sand the nock down to fit? I bought them off eBay, so I don't really want to hassle with return shipping and whatnot.

    Any opinions?

There looks to be enough. The diameter looks to be just barely too big.

I decided just to go for it and sand it down to the correct diameter. Slid in perfectly, not too tight and not too loose. Shot it to make sure everything was flying right. Right on the money :tu:

IHunt..................you are the second person I know of who has bought a pack of Nuckturnals and got different sizes in that pack. My question is sir "just to cure my curiosity", are these the Rage Nockturnals or the Nockturnals manufactured before Rage bought them out? I have bought three packs of the Rage Nockturnals and all three had the correct sizes in each pack.

Dave, these were from a Rage pack. I bought 6, but only one was a GT. I'm just glad it was too big, that way I could sand it down.

Pat, that's the exact same combo I had last night

Ah, the three packs I bought this summer must have been hold overs before Rage bought them out. So you and a friend bought them since Nockturnal was bought out. Sounds like Rage may have a quality control issue, what a shame.
