whats your biggest ever dead buck find?

    In 20 years of hunting I have never found a dead buck in the woods...and that includes scouting.

    have tons of pics of this guy alive, found him with his rear foot in a fence, a buddy grazed his chest with a arrow the night before I found him dead

    115" eight pointer. I found three this year while shed hunting all around the 110" mark.

    This thread kinda makes me sad :sad:

    I would rather see harvest photos with a happy hunter behind the deer.

    I agree, I love seeing successful stories of great hunts with great endings. un fortunately, they don't all end with well. This gives a few great deer a minute of fame that they deserved!

    Only ever found 1 dead deer in the woods. A little 4 pointer. We have some pretty big deer around and finding one of them dead would bum me out.

    I watched him on trail camera for two years. Someone shot him with a slug gun through both hams breaking both legs and didn't retrieve him. Some hunter?
