Hey guys, a friend from work is wanting to go on a 2 or 3 day hog hunt in TN. It's a bachelor party so he isn't real concerned if it's fenced. If it's not that's all good too. Anyone have any referrences?
Clarkrange Hunting Lodge for a challenging fence hunt with dogs. I think there's 500 acres or 1000 acres.. and the the terrain is pretty tough for flatlanders. The accomodations are uh, a bit 'rustic'. So if he wants a cushy lodge, it's not for him.
TN just recently change their laws on hog hunts. I don't remember exactly what the change is but you probably want to check out the TWRA's website. I believe it was a pretty drastic change they made.
I'm a free ranger person too. Again, this isn't my hunt. They just want to shoot a hog then sit around and bs. Thanks Christine, I'll suggest that. I'm pretty sure it's illegal as well in TN. From what I read they found that when they went to hunt them it pushed them around the state quicker.
