All this talk about turkey calls has me curious as ti who all on here will be attempting to shed some blood and ruffle some long beards feathers?? When does your season open and close??

I will be hunting for those guys come April 14th through May 12th. No shot gun at all for me this year. I too a bow some and a pellet slinger some last season. Killed nothing. Going to try it again. This time in a different set up.

In NY the season starts may 1 and ends may 31st but we only get to hunt from 30 min before sunrise to 12:00 pm. The property i hunt the turkey's usually come at around 11:50. I almost got one with the bow last year but he ran into the brush and i couldn't get a shot before he left.

I'll be out there. Here in Missouri April 16th through May 6th. 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1 p.m. I will probably be sitting with my shotgun. However I will bring the bow and a target to practice on. I am really hoping to get a minimum of three, three day weekends this year. I'm super stoked! Good luck men!!!

Wrong place to put this Stick!!! :poke: lol. I will probably go this year as well except with the shotty. Depends on whether or not I get the internship with Muddy Outdoors. If I do I will be working 7 days a week. Oh well theres always next year.

Wisconsin is similar to this. I will be trying my luck April 18-24. Been seeing fewer birds each year but definitely nice to be out there.

We open April 16th and close May 8th or something like that. Goal is to roll a couple of them with the 12 gauge.
