I looove Easton axis arrows....I have literally tried at least a dozen different shafts, nothing compares in my opinion....I like the regular axis better than the full metal jacket axis because the FMJ's will bend due to the aluminum jacket. axis arrows penetrate like a freight train!

I currently shoot Carbon Express Maxima 250 Hunter arrows cut to 28" with Blazer vanes. I am shooting 100 grain field points and will also shoot 100 grain broadheads, most likely Rage 2 blade. I have not had any experience with the other arrows on the market, unless you count aluminum back in the day but I would have to say that these arrows are holding up extremely well and fly very well. I am no robin hood but I have had my share of arrows going down the side of others with no damage. Hope this helps some.

Beman ICS camo hunter's. A great arrow that doesn't break the bank & they come with blazer vanes.

I shoot the Gold Tip Pro Hunter and the Gold Tip Velocity Pro.

In all honesty, I think that for hunting any half-way decent arrow that is properly spined for your setup will work wonders. If you shoot 3-D, well, that's a bit different.

I have the carbon express maxima blue streak 350. They have been a solid arrow and have taken plenty of abuse.
I may be switching to a .300 spine and 125 head. The way it's looking harvest time will give me what I'm looking for so I may try a set of those.

Easton Axis N-Fused 400 spine 27.5" 100gr. tip (390gr.) at 55lbs. DW and 29" DL. I have shot several other arrows and the Axis perform best for me.

Beman ICS Bowhunter 400's cut to 29" with a 4" shield back Trueflight feather. 2 yellow and 1 black. I shoot a 100 grain tip field and broadhead. Broadhead is a Stinger Buzzcut 4 blade. That combo has been great for me so far.

Just a thought. Buy one or two of a couple different ones you may like to try and choose a favorite before placing a large order.

Beman ICS Hunters 30 inch, 300s for me with feathers not vanes.

    Easton Axis FMJ's spine 400
I havent had the chance to hunt with them yet, but they group up very nicely and with the NAP spitfire broadheads they
hit REALLY hard and get great penetration compared to all other arrows I've shot on the shooting range..

There's really an arrow for your specific condition.
Though most people will disagree, most all arrow manufacturers have the same good quality.
    Here's what I do:
    1. Necessary spine: I was at 100 grains so 350 would work just fine. with a 125 head, I'm on the ragged edge so looking to go 300 spine. This has to be correct or nothing else really matters.
    2. Weight: I want right around 400 grains. That's pretty light compared to most people on here's preference but it's mine.
In order to get that I think the harvest time will get me there. They're a good reputable arrow company so the quality should be up to snuff.
I do love my blue streaks though, they look cool and fly pretty awesome.

I've been shooting Gold Tip Pro Hunters for years now and they've never left me down. I honestly haven't looked into whats new out there in quite some time.

I am currently using Easton Flatline DOA's and I have nothing bad to say about them awesome tough light arrow!! I have put a few of them through some deer and had a couple carried off and dropped , and they are still useable!

However I will be switching to a heavier arrow this year, and will probably go with plain old Easton Axis, I have seen the durability of them as well and cant complain.

If it werent for price and if I had a little faster bow I would stick with the FMJ's I still have a half dozen of, they are a VERY tough arrow!!

Honestly the harvest times aren't very tough I had 2 dz ht1s and 2 dz ht2s broke 90 % of them they can't take any kind of hard impact at all they will literally explode

Totally agree. I will be using a different heavier (not much heavier) for hunting. My 3D arrows are Beman ICS speeds with NAP Quickfletch Quickspins. I will be using Eason Axis Infused for hunting as of now anyways. I will probably change my mind 20 times before season starts though. lol
