I was looking to see if anyone know a bow hanger that straps onto the tree. On public land you can use the ones that drill into the trees. Thanks!

I use bungee cord with two large hooks...bought a three pack in wally world for like 5 bucks. I tie an over hand knot about two inches from one hook, wrap the other around the tree put the hook though the knot...the other hook hangs there and I hang my bow from it. I have one of these on each on my climbers and also my small pack in hangon set with sticks, I just wrap it around the stand when I am not using it and carrying it in..
On all my other sets I have a screw holder....

I have one that screws in by MHE. I wish I could find one as well. I hunt private and will be doing some public land and it would make set up much faster on my land also.

I use a team real tree ez hanger that screws into a summit quick step that I drilled a pilot hole into. Awsome to say the least the single tree step is poly plastic so very little weight and its a hook and buckle strap so thats a breeze. Throw in the ez hanger that's 18 inches long with a custom camera mount head I installed I'm set. If i'm on private land I just lose the tree step.

    Good thread.

I have a lot of Stands on pine trees or trees on leases you don't want to screw into.
I'm also looking for a cheap set up I could put on all my stands but also have the bow hang out from the tree some.
Like a plastic L-bracket of some sort????

I like it, but I didn't see anything on how much it weighed, looks like it could be pretty heavy.
