I think a wipe the slate clean approach would be best. Although it will never happen. So what can we do about it but complain on a message board? We can vote for who we think the lesser of two evils is but that is still evil. I have been around politicians on several occasions and all they do is promote themselves. We need someone to promote the good ole USA before its too late.
Actually, he would be a great guy to have on the staff. I just wouldn't pick him to be on my team at the pigskin pickup games at the Kennedy estate.
I'm absolutely flabergasted by some of the political choices of people on this site. Amazing that people continue to flock to the biggest flop we've ever had as a president. He's all about lies and secrecy.... and people want to give him 4 more years to destroy this country. He's done enough damage. When people keep voting race and left or right we're in trouble. Admittedly, our choices are weak this time.... but damn folks... what we have now is not what we need, that's for sure. Give some one else a chance to screw it up.... Don't reward the last failure.
Biggest flop ever? Please Explain. Include how the "accomplishments" (DADT, etc.) have been flops as well
He has added more debt to this country then ALL other presidents before him COMBINED. Gitmo is still open (making him a bold faced liar) Obamacare is a disaster on so many levels pick which ever you want. 800 BILLION dollar "stimulus" pissed away down the drain and we got nothing in return. Solyndra. Fast and furious.............Americans are dead because of that brilliant plan to go after 2nd amendment. Constant embarrassment on the world stage. Horriffic unemployment stats with no relief in sight. Most Americans on food stamps in history. Class warfare a regular part of his speeches in an attempt to further divide this country. No real need to go any farther but there is plenty more.
This is the only president i know of that has called other americans( myself included) the enemy. He is more divisive than anyone in our countries history imho.
I really hate to do this but, when our Pres. kisses rings and bows to kings I have a problem with him,I love my country and have served her my whole life but its time for a change,my children have gone into harms way with me and sometimes I feel betrayed, that being said,it comes down to the people knowing enough to make the right move,I will not vote for the Pres. we have but have not picked my guy or gal yet,God bless America
He is a communist... Plain and simple! Read the Communist Manifesto and then compare what you read to his policies...
I don't think we will survive 4 more! Spread the word! Chi-cago politics plain and simple! Blago walks if he is re-upped can't bring myself to say it! Examples need to be made of corruption. Big Time!
I'm no Obama supporter by any means, but this is basically a verbatim list of everything I've seen and heard on Fox News and conservative radio the past 3 years. Not that it's entirely wrong, but when the best arguments we can muster come straight from a media source that's just as slanted as the rest, there's definitely some cause for concern. The rhetoric from the right about Obama and his policies is just as bad as the rhetoric from the left about GWB that we heard for years. Let's face facts here - Obama walked into the biggest economic disaster faced by this country, and the world, in our lifetime. As much as people want to blame him for the lack of instant recovery, this problem primarily occurred during a time when a Republican President held office. With the absolutely mind-blowing amount of disaster that was inflicted on our economy during Bush's presidency there was never going to be instant recovery. And even if there was a way to achieve that, it would've been just as artificial as the growth we experienced during the 2000's. Whether his manner of dealing with this problem was right or wrong is debatable. We may never know the true answer since we can't go back in time and change things. One thing I do agree wholeheartedly with is the reduction of Federal spending. At the pace we've been going it's only a matter of time until we crash. With a Republican-controlled house, and the likelihood of a GOP controlled Senate in the near future, it's likely that spending will be curbed for the time being. I really like Paul Ryan and hope he can get things headed in the right direction, regardless of who the President is. Looking to the future I think you're a fool to believe that the single choice of a new President from a group of career politicians is going to have much of any bearing on the fate of this country. Unfortunately we need an overhaul from the ground up, which isn't going to happen unless there's some massive revolution in this country. The GOP wants to slam the Occupy movement at every turn because it's a threat to the big corporations that fund them, but at the root of their cause are some very real and very legitimate concerns that need to be addressed. I just wish both parties would get their heads out of their collective a**es and start worrying about what's best for this country, instead of what's best for their party and their career as a politician.
